My name is Isabelle Herszkowitcz Rozenblum Epstein; in short Isabelle.

20 years ago, I started my education in herbs, growing herbs and using them in the kitchen. Then I started to use the herbs for their therapeutic properties.

I studied, I am still studying and will probably study all my life, Nutrition, Natural medicine, Natural Healing and Herbal Medicine. I have studied so many courses, read so many books that we could probably open a library on those subjects with all the books I have gathered through the years.

I lecture on the subjects to whoever is ready to listen. I give a lot of tips and advices to my friends and family and use these advices myself. I am a strong believer that you should try yourself any advice to check if it suits you and work for you. I believe this to be true for any advice.

Then one day, a few weeks back, on the eve of my 49 th birthday I took a very important decision: I challenged myself.

But first a little background:

I am a healthy woman, quite physically fit, in the first years of menopause. During the last 20 years I added more than a few pounds/kilograms to my weight. During the last 20 years I also acquired a lot of knowledge about the human body and nutrition. But what is knowledge if you do not use it? (A lot of books on the shelves!!). What is it worth if we do not make good use of our knowledge?

That's how the idea of Healthy NutriMania was born. It was time to take action, not just to read and memorize but to apply and inspire others to do the same if they please. Not just to talk about it but simply to do it.
